    What is Ayurveda?

    Originating in India, Ayurveda is the world’s oldest health & wellness system. It may have been around for over 5000 years, but Ayurvedic wisdom has just now started to spread all over. Turmeric Lattes? Meditation? Intermittent fasting? It’s all Ayurveda. A combination of Sanskrit words Ayur (life) + Veda (knowledge), Ayurveda means “the knowledge of life”.

    Ayurveda teaches us that our mind, body, spirit and environment are intimately connected. With its unique emphasis on holistic wellness, Ayurveda works to bring our inner + outer worlds into harmony, helping us achieve healthy, wholesome and more fulfilled lives. The cool thing about Ayurveda is that there is no one-size-fits-all, and it’s all about balancing our life to suit us. So basically, Ayurveda guides us on how to live our best life.

    What are Adaptogens?

    Adaptogens are special plants & herbs that help our body “adapt” to and overcome stress, while helping to restore balance in our body. In addition to helping our body manage stress, each adaptogens has a unique personality and benefits.

    Are your products made with natural ingredients?

    No nasties here! We use naturally derived ingredients including botanicals, super-food extracts and adaptogens to feed your skin. All ingredients serve a purpose.

    Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

    Absolutely! We only use plant based, vegan friendly ingredients and we never test on animals.

    Shipping & Returns

    How long does shipping take?

    Usually dispatched within 24 hours. The average shipping time is 2-3 days.

    Where does Mindful ship to?

    Mindful currently ships within the UK. Be sure to join our mailing list to stay up to date on all international shipping updates.

    How do I qualify for free shipping?

    All orders above £40 in the UK qualify for free shipping.

    Where do you ship from?

    We work with an eCommerce fulfilment service called Huboo Technologies (Bristol, UK) to provide you with the best experience and get your orders to you quickly and seamlessly. 

    Can I return an item?

    Returns are accepted within 14 days if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us at hello@themindfulayurveda.com within 14 days so that we can resolve any issues.

    NOTE: You may be required to provide photos of your goodies in order for us to best assist you.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.

    Can I use more than one discount code per purchase?

    Just one discount code per purchase!

    Why isn't my discount code/coupon being accepted?

    There could be a few reasons your discount code isn't working:
    - Double check spelling and capitalizing
    - Discount codes does not apply to products that are already discounted
    - Discount codes do not apply to bundles, since those are already discounted
